                   Opposite party no.2 already exparte.

                   Ld. Counsel for the opposite party no.1 made a statement that their full and final settlement has been effected with the complainant for Rs.35,000/-(Rs. Thirty Five Thousand only) and they will make the payment within 60 days to the complainant. He further stated that the complainant has to submit the documents as sought by company regarding this case.

                   Ld. counsel for the complainant made a statement that he agrees with the above statement and has no objection to decide the case accordingly. He further stated that they are ready to submit the documents as sought by the company in this case.

          In view of the statements made above by both parties, present complaint is hereby disposed of with direction to the opposite party no.1 to pay the alleged amount of Rs.35,000/-(Rs. Thirty five Thousand only)  to the complainant within 60 days, failing which opposite party no.1 shall be liable pay interest @ 9% per annum from today i.e.11.8.2021 till its realization. Parties shall be bound by their respective statements. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                             File be consigned to the record after due compliance.
