CC No.135 of 2021.

Mandeep Saini vs. RGI.

 

Present:   Complainant with Sh.Ashok Bhargava, Adv.

                Sh. Rajiv Kumar Gupta, Adv. for respondent No.1.

                (Notice of complaint was not ordered against respondent No.2).

 

                Parties entered into compromise. The complainant has handed over original cancellation report dated 13.7.2021 to the counsel for respondent No.1.  The respondent has agreed to pay Rs.90000/- (Ninty thousand) only as full and final settlement of this case to the complainant and further undertake to pay the amount of Rs.90000/- within the period of 45 days. Statement of complainant along with his counsel and counsel for respondent No.1 recorded separately.

                In view of the statements of both the parties, without making any adverse comment on the act and conduct of the respondent No.1, matter being amicably settled, the complaint is partly accepted and respondent No.1 is held liable to make payment of Rs.90000/- (Ninty thousand) only as full and final payment to the complainant, qua settlement of this matter within the period of 45 days from today.  In default of it, amount of Rs.90000/- shall carry interest @7% p.a. (simple) from the date of order till its actual realization. File be consigned to the records.
