Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:     Shri Vishal Turan, counsel for complainant.

 

        

                    Today the case was fixed for consideration on the point of maintainability of complaint.

                   Learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint and withdraws the same on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh before the court of competent jurisdiction.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction, if so desired. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
