Reliance General Insurance Company Limited, Sector-12, Karnal -132001 through its Branch Manager (Insurer of Bullet Motorcycle bearing registration No.HR-20AM-7904 vide policy No.991291823750004441, which is valid from 08.10.2018 to 07.10.2023).

                                                                             …..Opposite party.

 

 

Complaint under Section 12 of Consumer Protection Act, 1986 as amended under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                        Today the case was fixed for filing written version on behalf of OP. Written version not filed. However, at this stage, learned counsel for complainant suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, therefore, he does not want to proceed with the present complaint.

      In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
