The matter has been taken up today before the Lok-Adalat. Parties are present and joint compromise bas been filed stating therein that they have settled the matter for total sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- ( Fifteen Lakhs Rupees Only). Aadhar card of the complainant has also been produce with authorization letter for settlement from the side of opp. Accordingly this case os disposed of on the basis of compromise before the Lok-adalat. Opp is directed to filed cheque or D.D in the name of Lovely Das on or before 10/01/2025. Put up the case record on 10/01/2025 (date already fixed).
