            Counsel for OPs handed over the cheque of Rs.74,168/- dated 18.5.2011 in favour of complainant bearing cheque No.037784 drawn on HDFC Bank. The said cheque has been received by counsel for the complainant and he has made statement on the complaint itself to withdraw the complaint being compromised. In view of this, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
