ORDER

     Today, the instant case is fixed for Admission Hearing.

     Learned Advocate for the Complainant is present.

     At this stage Learned Advocate files one application praying for withdrawal of the Complaint as per the grounds mentioned in the petition.

    Learned Advocate for the Complainant further submitted that there are some formal defects appeared in the complaint petition which she has noticed after filing of the case and therefore, she intends to withdraw the case with a liberty to file afresh.

    She further files an application for returning of the Demand Draft of ICICI Bank amounting to Rs. 400/-.

    Heard Learned Advocate for the Complainant.

    The prayer of the Learned Advocate of the Complainant regarding withdrawal of the case is considered and allowed.

    The case is thus withdrawn and dismissed.

    Liberty is also given to the Complainant to file afresh on the same cause of action, if not otherwise barred by limitation.

    Another prayer of the Complainant regarding return of Demand Draft is also allowed.

   She is permitted to withdraw Demand Draft of Rs. 400/-.

Registrar of this office is hereby directed to return the D.D of Rs. 400/- to the Complainant as stated herein above to the Complainant forthwith.

   The instant Consumer Complaint being No. C.C-01/2024 is Dismissed as withdrawn, without being admitted.

    Liberty is also given to the Complainant to file afresh on the same cause of action, if not otherwise barred by limitation.

 

 

 The case is thus disposed of.
