Heard authorized representative of the Petitioner. The State Commission has allowed the appeal of the Respondent on the ground that the consumer fora has no jurisdiction in the matter. The State Commission has relied upon the judgement of the Apex Court in General Manager, Telecom V/s. M. Krishnan and another 2009 CTJ 1062 (Supreme Court) (CP). The same view was taken by this Commission in Parkash Verma Vs. IDEA Cellular Ltd. and another in R.P. No.1703 of 2010 . In view of this, we do not find any merit in this revision. The revision is hereby dismissed with no order as to costs.
