The C.C. Case No.106/2019 is taken up today for order. Perused all the documents available on record.
The complaint filed this C.C. Case along with an interim application dt.11.12.19 with a prayer not to take any coercive action by the O.Ps in respect of his hole Loader Vehicle vide temporary Regd. No.OR/2/TMP/2019/1631 similarly, the O.Ps have filed their respective written version along with notes of argument in this case. However, many dates have gone sincedt.10.12.21, but the complaint is not taking any steps in this case even after information given by this Commission. After repeated calls the complaint remained absent and takes no step. It seems that the complaint does not want to proceed with this case further.
Hence, the present C.C. Case along with the interim application dt.11.12.19 are hereby dismissed due to non-prosecution.
