Gulab Singh         Vs.     Reliance General Insurance.

 

Present:       Ms. Kirti Gupta, Adv. for the complainant.

                    

             Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn, with no order as to costs and after removing the technical/legal default, if any, complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the opponents and in fresh complaint, he will disclose the particulars of this complaint and its fate, by attaching certified copy of this order. Original documents i.e. Ex.C2 to Ex.C5 are hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant or his counsel against proper receipt. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the complainant, free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
