             The complainant suffered statement before the Commission, the opponent No.1 repaired the AC, subject matter of the complaint. Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. The parties are left to bear their own costs of litigation. Certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, free of costs.  File be consigned to the records.
