ORDER

 

th March 2012.  Counsel for the petitioner submits that his daughter was not well and he had gone to Gulburga.  His junior was to inform this Commission but he came late.  There is no proof that he had moved an application for restoration of the revision petition on the same day.

 

          However, in the interest of justice, M.A. No. 319 of 2012 is allowed and the revision petition is restored to its original number subject to payment of Rs. 1,000/- which will be deposited with the Consumer Legal Aid Account of this Commission.

          List the matter for admission hearing on 29.08.2012.
