In the said petition the complainant has specifically stated that he does not like to proceed further with this case and he wants to withdraw himself from this case.

Considering all the circumstances, the prayer is considered and allowed. The complainant is hereby permitted to withdraw himself from this case.

Hence, it is

That the Consumer case no. 17/2018 be and the same is withdrawn without any liberty to sue afresh. The case is thus disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to the complainant free of cost on proper identification.

            Let the original documents, if any, and the extra sets filed by the complainant be also returned to him on identification.
