            Mrs.Geeta Sharma filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondents. Sh.Amit Ranjan, SSA on behalf of respondents alongwith counsel Mrs.Geeta Sharma has made statement that respondent has no objection if the pre-deposited amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited before the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, is drawn by the applicant/complainant  in realization of the execution amount and the respondents are also handing over the DD of Rs.37,750/- bearing No.951505, dated 10.6.2011 in the name of the applicant/complainant. The learned counsel for applicant-complainant received DD of Rs.37,750/- and admitted statement of counsel for respondents to be correct. Such statement is placed on record.

            In view of this, the execution application is dismissed as partly satisfied.
