After arguing the matter for some time learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the petitioner states that petitioner does not wants to pursue with the present revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Further, petitioner prays that liberty be granted to him to pursue with the execution petition filed before the District Forum. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as petitioner who is appearing in person, the revision petition stand dismissed as withdrawn.
