Complainant absent. No representation. Today case is posted for the evidence of the complainant since 17-03-2022 complainant is absent. In spite of receipt of notice from this Commission, complainant failed to appear before the Commission and adduce evidence in support to his case. In the circumstances we find that the complainant is not interested to proceed with the complaint. In view of the above discussion we found that this is a fit case to dismissed for default.
