                   Although the complainant has not appeared in person instead he again submitted his sworn affidavit and withdrawing his complaint on the ground that the dispute having already been settled with the opposite parties.

 

2.                In view of this development, present complaint stand dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.
