       Complainant is absent without any step. On repeated calls none appears for the complainant. Today is fixed for filing show-cause by the complainant as last chance i.d. necessary order will be passed.

       Record reveals that complainant was absent before this commission for consecutive two dates and today complainant is absent and did not file show-cause.

       In the above backdrop, we are of the opinion that complainant is not interested to proceed with the case further. Thus, the instant case is dismissed for default.
