Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 23.02.2017. Complainant is not appearing from last several dates of hearing and i.e. 20.04.2022, 23.07.2023 and 06.07.2023. Several opportunities have been granted to complainant to appear and address arguments. However complainant is not appearing. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant.
