           Adv. Mr. Mokadam is present for the appellant and he filed a pursis submitting that he wants to withdraw this appeal as the dispute  is settled amicably between the parties. He also submits that the statutory amount deposited with this commission at the time of filing be refunded to him. He has filed xerox copy  of the order dated 6/8/2016 passed in the execution proceeding bearing No. EA/12/81 by the District Forum, Nagpur. He has also filed  copy of the compromise entered in to between both the parties which is signed by both the parties. He has filed  xerox copy  of the demand draft which was deposited with the State Commission, Nagpur. We perused the aforesaid documents. Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The pursis be placed before the Hon’ble Judicial Member  for appropriate order.
