The case has been called out for hearing the second time.  Still, the Petitioner remains unrepresented.  As a matter of fact, affidavit in terms of order dated 13.07.2016 has also not been filed by the Petitioner.

Under the circumstances, I am constrained to dismiss the Revision for non-prosecution as well as in default.  Ordered accordingly.
