The complaint is allowed in part. The opponent shall pay Rs.70,400/- along with interest at 8% p.a. from 9/6/2011 till payment of the same. The complainant s entitled to a compensation of Rs.7,000/- from the opponent. The complainant is also entitled for the cost of the proceedings which is fixed at Rs.3,000/- within 30 days from today.
