Sh. Ranjit Singh, proprietor has appeared on behalf of opposite party No. 1, whereas Sh. Manjit Singh, authorised representative has appeared on behalf of opposite parties No. 2&3 and filed authority letter.  Service is complete. At this stage, the complainant has made a statement recorded separately that the matter has been amicably settled with the opposite parties as they have replaced the air cooler with a new one (Model No. CD-9201H), so he does not want to proceed with the present complaint and withdraw the same.

In view of the aforesaid statement of the complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
