O R D E R

PER S.P. SOOD, PRESIDING MEMBER:

                   File taken up today before the National Lok Adalat.

2.                 Mr. Karan Gaba along with Mr. Sandeep Suri, counsel for the appellant has appeared and filed power of attorney. He also suffered a statement that on the instructions of the appellants he does not want to pursue further with the present appeal. Hence, he may be permitted to withdraw the present appeal.  His statement in this regard recorded separately.

3.                In view of the statement made by Mr. Karan Gaba, learned counsel for the appellant, the present appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn.

4.               Statutory amount of Rs.25000/- deposited at the time of filing of present appeal be refunded to the appellants against proper receipt and identification and as per rules.

5.                A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be also uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for the perusal of the parties.

6.                Application(s), pending, if any, stand disposed off accordingly in terms of this order.

7.                File be consigned to record room alongwith a copy of this order.
