No one appears for the petitioner. Even then we have considered the grounds set-up in the memorandum of revision petition in order to assail the orders passed by the Madhya Pradesh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (for short he State Commission. Going by the entirety of the facts as noted by the Fora below and the evidence and material brought on record, we are of the view that the view taken by the State Commission is eminently justified and suffers from no illegality, material irregularity much less any jurisdictional error, which warrants interference of this Commission. Even otherwise, the amount involved is petty, i.e., Rs.11,000/- for which the petitioner was not well-advised to approach this Commission. Dismissed.
