ORDER

          The matter was passed over.

          On the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of petitioner.

          On the last date of hearing counsel for petitioner was directed to file English translation of the documents placed on record by him within a period of four weeks. Petitioner has not filed those documents within the specified period.

          As none is appearing on behalf of petitioner since morning nor the previous order has been complied with by the petitioner, present petition stand dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution.
