Learned Counsel for the Respondent is present and filed an affidavit enclosing copy of NOC and stated that Appellant has issued No Due Certificate in respect of the vehicle bearing Registration No. OR-14-N-5848 which is kept in record.

Learned Counsel for the Appellant is present and filed a memo stating that Appellant has already issued NOC in respect of the vehicle and prayed to dispose this appeal as it is  infructuous. Memo be kept in record.

In view of such fact the present appeal, is disposed of as infructuous on the basis of memo filed by Counsel of Appellant.
