            Learned counsel for the petitioner is present on V.C.

           A Misc. Case is filed for condonation of delay  which shall be registered. But no delay pointed out by office. So, said petition be filed.

           The other  defect is removed.

           Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner .

            Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the learned District Commission passed impugned order directing the OP to restore supply of electricity to the premises of the complainant without considering the case of the present petitioner. According to him  there is arrear of Rs.3,14,041/- as on December,2020 and the complainant has not paid the arrears but filed the complaint to get rid of payment of arrears.

        Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that after ex-parte impugned order passed the present petitioner has filed objection to the interim petition but same has not been heard so far. He further submitted that the opportunity should be given to the present petitioner  before passing the ex-parte order. So, he submitted to set-aside the impugned order.

      At the stage of admission this Commission do not find any reason to issue notice because the objection has already been filed by the present petitioner in District Commission.  Without going to the merit of the case, this revision petition is disposed of directing the learned District Commission to hear the interim petition after giving opportunity to both the parties of being heard and dispose of same within 30 days from the date of receipt of this order. Till disposal of the interim petition the impugned order shall remain stayed.

    Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to download the impugned order from the website of this Commission or the confonet  and place same before the learned District Commission on 28.06.2021 to take further instruction.

      The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
