The complainant has already received part payment of Rs.13,500/-  and he is not turning up for the last three dates for receiving the remaining amount.  The OP No.2 is directed to send the remaining amount  through demand draft to the complainant by post .

                   In this view of the matter the execution application stands disposed off.

                   Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
