Pursuant to our order dated 11.11.2016, learned Counsel appearing for Jaipur Vidyut Vitran Nigam Limited states that as per oral instructions received by her from the XEN, Alwar Range, the Petitioners are willing to issue a new electricity domestic connection in favour of the Respondent/Complainant, on his complying with the terms and conditions, as were applicable for issue of such connections in the year 2010.  The statement made by learned Counsel is acceptable to the Complainant, who is present in person and has been identified by his Counsel Mr. B.S. Sharma.

In view of the above, the Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction that on the Complainant’s complying with the statutory conditions, as were in vogue for issue of new electricity domestic connections in the year 2010, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the new electricity connection to the Complainant shall be energized.

The Revision Petition stands disposed of in the above terms, with no order as to costs.
