Final Order / Judgement

The matter is put up in Maha Upabhokta  Lok Adalat today.                            

       Learend counsel on behalf of respondent agreed to pay Rs. 60,000/-  to the appellant  and settle the matter  within 60 days and N.O.C is to be received by the complainant  immediately after receipt of the money, failling which the impugned order will come into force.

      In the sprit of lok Adalat the matter is compromised and  disposed of. The agreement is made part and parcel of this order.
