The matter was passed over once. Even on the second call also there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. For the last two dates, counsel for the petitioner sought adjournments to take instruction as to whether the petitioner wants to pursue with the present revision petition or not. Since morning no body is appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the revision petition is dismissed in default.
