Present application has been moved by President, District Consumer Forum, Hamirpur in Appeal No. 1316/2007 Mahindra Tractor Agency V/s Ram Vishal for refund of Rs.25,000/- deposited by appellant under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 in this appeal.

Copy of order dated 04-01-2011 passed by a bench of this State Commission in said appeal has been annexed with the application. It shows that appeal has been dismissed.

In view of above, the above amount deposited in the above appeal under Section-15 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 shall be remitted to the District Consumer Forum alongwith interest if any accrued, who shall pass appropriate order for disposal of the same in accordance with law.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
