1.       Case called out intermittently. None appears for the petitioner. The proceedings of the last date show that even on the last date none had appeared for the petitioner. Today again, none appears for the petitioner, neither learned counsel, nor proxy counsel nor anybody else on behalf of the petitioner.

2.       The instant revision petition stands dismissed in non-prosecution.

3.      However, in the interest of justice, it may be observed that if the petitioner wants to pursue the matter in right earnest with due diligence, he may move appropriate application seeking recall of the Order and restoration of the instant petition in accordance with law.

4.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their respective learned counsels within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission within three days.
