As per office report, notice has been delivered to the respondent. The matter was passed over. On the second call, there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner as well as respondent. However, on the last date of hearing, petitioner was directed to file certified copies of pleadings, which were filed before the District Forum. Petitioner has not complied with the previous order. As nobody is appearing for the petitioner since morning, the present petition stands dismissed in default.
