During the course of the arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to withdraw the revision petition if respondent is ready to forgo Rs.10,000/- as ordered by District Forum, in the light of new policy of DDA.

        Respondent agreed and submitted an application stating that he is ready to forgo compensation of Rs.10,000/- awarded by the District

Forum subject to waiver of payment of Rs.82,982/- by petitioner DDA as misuse charges.

        Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner agreed to waive misuse charges of Rs.82,982/- as per new policy and prays for withdrawal of the revision petition.

        Consequently, revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with this observation that the respondent will not claim Rs.10,000/- as compensation awarded by the  District Forum and the petitioner will not charge  Rs.82,982/- towards misuse charges from the respondent in the  light of new policy of petitioner.
