ORDER

REVIEW APPLICATION NO. 133 OF 2011   By virtue of this review application, the petitioner in Revision Petition No. 2987 of 2009 seeks modification in our order dated 6th of July, 2011 to enhance the rate of interest to be charged on the amount due from the complainant from 6% as awarded to 18%. This is a completely new prayer/ground amounting to re-hearing of the matter, which is not covered within the scope of review under Section 22(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, where-under we can exercise our review jurisdiction only if there be any error apparent on the face of record. The review application, accordingly, is dismissed.
