1.       Learned proxy counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that she has authority and instructions to withdraw this matter as the petitioners do not want to pursue this matter any further. It is, therefore, submitted that the order passed by fora below shall be duly complied with. Learned proxy counsel appearing for the respondent submits, on instructions, that the respondent has no objection.   

2.       In the wake of the above submission the instant revision petition no. 2280 of 2015 is dismissed as withdrawn.   

3.       The Registry is requested to send a copy each of this Order to the parties in the petition and to their learned counsel within three days. The stenographer is requested to upload this Order on the website of this Commission immediately.
