Appellant is not present. We noticed that, on 09-10-2019 advocate for appellant undertaken to pay the balance amount in execution petition filed by the Decree Holder before the District Consumer Commission within four weeks, but so far, the appellant has not produced any documents to show that they have complied the order within four weeks from the agreed date. Hence, we found there is no any reason to keep this appeal pending. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed.
