          Shri Rajeev Jain, learned counsel for the appellant.

            As per order dated 05.01.2023, process fees for service of notice on respondent was to be furnished within three days.

          But the counsel for the appellant furnished the same after three days i.e. on 11.01.2023.

          In the circumstances, the appeal stands dismissed for non-compliance of the order dated 05.01.2023, without further reference to the Bench.
