Ld. Counsel for complainant has made a statement that due to some technical defect he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of complainant with liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action and original documents may kindly be returned. In view of the statement of the learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action, if he desires so. The Superintendent of this Forum is directed to hand over the original documents to the counsel for the complainant against proper receipt. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records.
