            Niether the complainant nor her Advocate is present on repeated call. It is about 12.35 PM. Complainant fails to file Written Show Cause in terms of order dated 21.03.2022. There is also no prayer on the part of the complainant for extension of time to file Show Cause. Moreso, record speaks that the complainant is absent in the commisison since  21.01.2022. Therefore, we are of the view that the complainant is not interested to proceed the case anymore. Thus, the complaint case is dismissed for non prosecution.
