Heard the Ld. Cousel for the Petitioner. Ld. Counsel for the Petitiner submits that the order which was required to enforced has been complied with and the only prayer is that the proceedings u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act under which a show cause notice was issued to the Chief Executive Officer of the Petitioner should be withdrawn.  If the order has been complied with then neither the Respondent is supposed to pursue the matter nor the Districty Forum has to enfoce the impugned order u/s 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 for the purpose of Section 27 is to ensure the complinace of the order.  In case the order has not been complied with the the District Forum would be at liberty to proceed against the Petitioner.  The Revision Petition is disposed of as above. Dasti.

A copy of this order be sent to the Respondent by the Registy.
