Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants/Applicants has furnished the statement of account prepared in terms of order dated 18.7.2014.  According to the said statement a sum of Rs.13,93,219/- has been determined to be payable to the Respondent/Complainant as against the claimed amount of Rs.14,88,219/-.

          Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Non-Applicant states on instructions that the Respondent is willing to accept the said amount of Rs.13,93,219/- as full and final settlement of the dispute subject matter of the complaint, giving rise to the present appeal. A cheque bearing No.297100 dated 11.10.2014  for Rs.13,93,219/- drawn on Indian Overseas Bank in favour of Rajni Rashmikant Kampani has been handed over to  learned counsel for the Respondent/Complainant (in FA No.471/2012) in Court today. Learned counsel for the Appellant states that the cheque will be honoured on presentation.

          In view of the said settlement, the Appeal and all the Applications stand disposed of.
