Present:       DH Rajinder Singh in person.

                   Sh.Gulshan Chawla Advocate for the applicant/JD No.1.

                  

                    Ld. counsel for the DH made a statement that he has received a DD No.578916 dated 10.08.2022 amounting to Rs.35800/-(Rupees thirty five thousand eight hundred only) from the JD. So he does not want to proceed with the present execution.

                   In view of the statement made by ld. counsel for the DH, present execution is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                   Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost and file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
