ORDER

The learned counsel for the appellants is present. He submits that the matter has been settled and wants to withdraw the instant first appeals. The settlement deed is on record along with application. The State Commission shall refund Rs.5,00,000/- along with interest accrued to the appellants as per law in FA No.1060 of 2017 & FA No.1734 of 2016 and in FA No.1896 of 2017 the State Commission shall verify the issue and refund the amount deposited by the appellants.

          The first appeals stand dismissed as settled.
