Learned counsel for the respondent states that in this case, the appellant has satisfied the decree and thereafter, the execution petition would be disposed of.  Learned proxy counsel appearing on behalf of the appellant submits that a proper order may be passed in this matter since the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present appeal and had accepted the impugned order and complied with that.

In view of these submissions, the appeal stands disposed of in these terms.
