Advocate Mr.Shendre is present for applicant. Applicant has preferred the present appeal challenging the judgment dated 29/08/2022 passed by learned District Consumer Commission Bhandara. Alongiwith the appeal appellant has also filed application for condonation of delay of 15 days in filing the appeal. It is submitted by the learned advocate for applicant that the applicant was a senior citizen and was confined to bed from 30/10/2022 to 01/11/2022 as per medical advised and so there was delay of 15 days in filing the appeal. We have gone through the contents of the application and looking to the grounds mentioned in the application the delay of 15 is hereby condoned in the interest of justice and application is hereby allowed. Appeal is taken on record. Issue notice before admission to respondent R/o 14/03/2023.
