ORDER

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner should be permitted to replace the body shell instead of replacement of the vehicle.  We find some force in his arguments.  We have seen the entire judgment.  It shows that the complainant had visited the service station 35 times.  Subject to payment of Rs. 5,000/- as costs of each of the visit, which comes to ₹1,75,000/-.

At this stage, counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw this case. The Revision Petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn.
