Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present revision petition. However, learned counsel prays for grant of liberty to pursue the matter before appropriate forum. In view of the request made by the counsel for the petitioner, the revision petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as per the request. There shall be no order as to costs at this stage of the litigation.
